Developers behind Dropbox app for Windows 10 had worked hard and the latest update has been made available for download. A new update for Dropbox is now live in Windows Store and it is worth updating the app if you haven’t already.

The grid view design is now available in Dropbox Universal App, the new design groups the photos and videos into a grid view. Whereas files, folders grouped into a list. The update has also enabled Xbox controllers support and there are also some UI tweaks.

The change log reads:

  • Introducing a new view style ‘grid view’ that provides a segmented folder view grouping photos and videos into a grid view, and files, folders and upload in progress into list view.
  • links becomes clickable in comments
  • UI improved: better adaptive design, animations, blur effect, etc…
  • better support of Xbox controllers
  • optimization and bug fixes
