Microsoft released a new Windows 10 Redstone 2 Insider Preview Build to Fast Ring Insiders for Windows 10. The new Insider preview build brings new features to PC and Mobile Windows 10.

However we are getting reports that there are couple of issues for users were in they are unable to install the latest Insider build on their PC’s.

If you are having any 3rd Party Antivirus Apps installed on your PC like Bitdefender, Kaspersky Anti virus etc, you will not be able to install the latest build. You will have to delete the Anti virus apps else your PC will roll back to the previous build. The current workaround for this is to delete the Anti virus App installed first and then install the latest build. The company is already aware of this issue and are working on a fix, till then you can use a temporary workaround and install the build.

Another bug the users are facing is they are not able to launch Large games from Windows Store. Large Windows Store Games such as ReCore, Gears of War 4 etc may fail to launch. Currently there is no workaround available for this issue and the company confirms that you won’t be able to play the games if you are experiencing this bug.

Generally such bugs are fixed by the company in the next builds and hence we hope the bugs will be fixed by the company in the next released Insider builds.

Till then if you are planning to install and play the Larger Games then you need to wait till the company fixes the issues.
