Earlier in the day we reported that WhatsApp team has released a new update to its Beta App for Windows Phone. The company had released the most awaited feature “@ mention” feature for the Windows Platform.
The company also released the same update to its Stable Version (2.16.242).The update is currently available to download from Windows Store for all users on Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile.
The company is slowly but surely getting the Windows Phone App on par with the application on other platforms. Still we are yet to see some good and important missing features like “Replying from notifications and New Update UI for Windows 10.
The company is surely working on the same and we hope the above missing feature will be available to the Windows Platform sooner than later.
