Microsoft just couple of days ago released a  new Cumulative Update for Windows 10 with version 14393.222 in the Slow and Release Preview. The same build was released yesterday for Insiders on the Production Ring.

Now some users are reporting that they are having issues in updating the new Cumulative Update on Windows 10 PC. The issue has been occurring since its release in the Slow and Release Preview Rings.

However the company is currently aware of the situation and has found the problem which is causing the update not to install and is working on a fix. Some users have reported that if the issue had occured when the Update was released to Insiders in Slow and RP Ring then why did the company actually release the same build to people on Production Ring without fixing the issue.

However the company confirms that it is in process of fixing the issue and will be releasing another update which could be a new Cumulative Update to fix the installing issue, which is occurring not just one region but on PC’s Worldwide.

If you haven’t yet taken the update make sure to wait for the next update which would be fixing the installation issue occurring with the Cumulative Update 14393.222.
