WhatsApp will be shortly updating its Beta App for Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile with a new security feature. The company is planning to introduce Two Step Verification for providing more security to the customers.

In a post on Twitter by WABetaInfo, the Two Step Verification process is already available after the latest update 2.16.198 but the same is currently disabled by default. The Two Step Verification might get activated with a new update which can be expected soon.

The WhatsApp team is constantly working on the Windows Phone app to bring it on par with the Application on Other platforms. Do let us know about what do you think about the new Verification process the company will be offering.
