Microsoft couple of days ago released a Cumulative Update Redstone 1 build for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. The Cumulative update has brought some performance improvements to the OS.
Now a new build has been sighted online which the company is testing internally for Redstone 1. This could be another Cumulative Update which the company is testing with version 14393.187 which has been compiled on 6th Sept 2016 Tuesday.
Currently we are not sure as to what will be the fixes or features (if Any) which would be released with the new build. If the company does not find any new bugs internally, then 14393.187 could be the next Cumulative UPdate build to be released to the Insiders in Release Preview for Redstone 1 for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.

We will update this article once we get anymore information in regards to the Changelog. As the company has stated that there would be no new builds this week, so the new Cumulative Update build could be released in the first half of next week.
