At IFA 2016, along with Lenovo, Acer has also announced some new Windows 10 Devices and one of them is the world’s thinnest laptop, the Acer Swift 7.

Acer Swift 7 has a thickness of just 9.98mm compared to 10.4mm thickness of HP Spectre 13. The device is also very light as it weighs just 1.12kg. Acer has protected the device with Corning Gorrila Glass. It packs a 13.3-inch Full HD display.

Swift 7 is powered by Intel’s Kaby Lake processors — Core i5 processors. It includes  8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD internal storage. It supports USB 3.1 Type-C ports and Acer claims the Swfit 7 will offer 9 hours of battery life.  HD webcam with High Dynamic Range support is also included.

Overall Acer has done a great job with Swift 7. The prices starts at $999 and it will be available for purchase in North America starting October this year. It will carry €1,299 price tag Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
