Microsoft is today releasing the Anniversary Update for Carrier Locked Phone for Windows 10 Mobile. This is the same update which was released to Windows 10 Mobile Unlocked phones last week.
The people with Carrier Locked phone will be seeing the version 14393.67 for Anniversary Update roll out. Currently the update is depending on the availability for some regions.
Hence if you are currently not seeing the update please be patient as the company has just rolled out the update and will be available for all devices soon.

To get the update, you’ll need to be running Windows 10 Mobile. Once you are, go to Settings -> Update & security -> Phone update -> Check for updates.
