Microsoft yesterday released a few App updates after rolling out the Anniversary Update for Mobile for Non Insiders.
the Company has updated the UWP Alarms and Clock, Calculator and Voice Recorder for Insiders on Release Preview and Non Insiders. The update does not bring any new features and there is also no changelog provided by the company.
Hence these updates are minor one and could be to fix some bug and improve the performance of the  App. These are the same updates which was released to Insiders in the Fast ring couple of weeks ago.
Alarms and Clock, Calculator have been updated to version 10.1608.2213.0
Voice recorder updated to version 10.1608.2212.0
