Windows 10 Build 14388 will be the next build headed to Windows Insiders (presumably only the Fast Ring) if a hint by the now well-known Twitter account @CoreInsiderProgram is to be believed. The Build was also spotted on BuildFeed, compiled on July 9 and is currently the newest Build there.

The account also hints at something “interesting” about the Build next to 14388, also to be released this week.
The second build of this week may be pretty interesting.

Going by past release history, Build 14388 might be released to Insiders today along with the usual Patch Tuesday updates and the latest cumulative update 10586.494 to Windows TH2 to non-Insiders.
Regarding the newer “interesting” build, it might well be the final Anniversary Update Build with Microsoft expected to complete the sign-off process by the end of this week.
