Microsoft redesigned its action center when they brought Windows 10 Mobile update. It was very nice compared to the Windows Phone 8.1. However, it still lacked the design that we wished it could have. Now some leak suggests that Microsoft is working on redesigned Windows 10 Mobile action center.
MSPU guys received an image of a document which they received from internal Microsoft demonstrating plans for the action center.
As you can see in the images, the revamped action center put the “Actions” and “Toggles” separate. You can also see a brightness slider. There are 4 new round buttons beneath the brightness slider which are camera, note, connect and all settings. Microsoft is making these changes based on the feedback sent by users.
Microsoft is most likely to bring the new Action Center with the Redstone 2 wave. The current wave of Redstone, which is Anniversary update is done with features and it will only add performance improvements and bug fixes with upcoming builds.
As all the rumours come and go, take this as a grain of salt. Microsoft may change their plan internally. You can put your views on the new action center in the comments below.
