WhatsApp beta has been updated yesterday adding another new feature to Windows Phone. It know lets you extend a group by inviting new members via a Shared Link, for example the Link can be shared to the group and any one can add themselves to the group who is having the latest version of WhatsApp. This is very useful if you are looking to add more than one group member… Please see the screenshot below for the new addition.
