It’s hard to say these days which mobile has the better camera. Both Microsoft’s Lumia 950 XL and the Samsung Galaxy S7 are packed with high-quality cameras. But If you wonder which mobile performs better in terms of video recording quality, we have something for you to give a better idea.

Youtube channel JerryRigEverything have posted a comparison video of video recording quality of Lumia 950 XL and Galaxy S7.

The Lumia 950 XL has 20 MP rear camera and 5 MP front-facing camera and, Galaxy S7 has 12 MP rear camera and 5 MP front facing camera.

As we can see in the video, the OIS stabilisation of Lumia 950 XL is very impressive as compared to the Galaxy S7. In terms of autofocus, Galaxy S7 is the winner here. Lumia 950 XL’s autofocus is not fast and accurate. Microsoft needs to fix this issue by a firmware update.

The colours are more saturated with Lumia 950 XL and look pleasant. The slow motion is slow because Lumia 950 XL can record 720p recording at 120 FPS  and, Galaxy S7 can record 720p recording at 240 FPS. On the other hand, Lumia 950 XL takes the lead when it comes to digital image stabilisation on the front facing camera.
