Microsoft today announced that a new extension ‘Save to Pocket’ is available in edge browser to download by the users of Windows 10 latest Insider preview build.

‘Save to Pocket’ for Microsoft Edge is the best way to save articles, videos and more all in one place. You can also sync your items to the Pocket App on your phone, tablet or computer so you can view it at any time, even without an internet connection.

Several extensions like Adblock and Adblock plus, Pin It Button, Microsoft Translator, Mouse Gestures, Reddit Enhancement Suite and page Analyzer have already arrived for Microsoft Edge in Windows 10.

To use these extensions, You need to be running Windows 10 insider build 14342. Previous version only allowed installing them by sideloading.

Here is what Gabe Aul explained about the extensions in Microsoft Edge.

Instead of extracting and loading extensions from a local folder, all available extensions can now be downloaded directly from the Windows Store. This change means that your currently installed extensions will be removed, and you’ll have to reinstall the ones you want from the Store. Then in future updates, your extensions will be automatically re-downloaded and installed

Microsoft is starting to shape Windows 10 for its upcoming Anniversary Update. You can install these extensions in Microsoft Edge for a better browsing experience.
