Microsoft is rolling out new cumulative updates for Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7. The latest patch for Windows 7 and 8.1 is now rolling out. Direct download links for Windows 7 KB4103718 and Windows 8.1 KB4338815 are now available on Microsoft’s Update Catalog.

The new cumulative updates for both Windows 7 and 8.1 are shipped via OTA and you can find the offline installers on Microsoft’s Update Catalog. If you’re on the Windows 7 SP1, you’ll get KB4338818.

Windows 7 KB4338818 fixes some bugs and security issues in order to improve the user experience.

This is all supposed to end in January 2020 when Windows 7 will reach end of support. Microsoft will stop releasing feature updates and security patches for Windows 7 beyond this deadline. By the looks of things, Windows 7 will be used by any users and organizations for another year.

According to NetMarketShare data, Windows 7 jumped from 41.79 percent to 43.03 percent in the OS market share last month.
