Microsoft today pushed out a new update for its Maps app for users on Windows 10 PC and Tablets. The app has been bumped to new versionĀ 5.1708.2511.0. The update comes with some new features for the Windows 10 users on Fast Ring with Skip Ahead Enabled.

After the latest update users will now be able to check the timetable of bus, metro by simply tapping or clicking the relevant icons. The timetable details will automatically appear on the list with all the upcoming departures.

There are also some improvements made to the Fluent Design language which was added to the Maps app some time ago. The Maps app has also received some minor improvements with regards to the performance along with fixes for minor bugs.

The Latest Map app update is available for download in the Windows Store and can be alternatively downloaded by clicking the below Store link.

Note: As mentioned above the Maps App update is only available for Fast Ring Insiders with Skip Ahead option enabled on Windows 10 PCs.
