Windows 10 Build 16288 is now rolling out to everyone on the Fast Ring. Microsoft has just confirmed that new build is available to all Windows Insiders, earlier the build wasn’t showing up on many PCs due to a backend bug.

The new build isn’t available to Skip Ahead Insiders, if your PC is on the Fast Ring, then only you can download the update. As Windows 10 Fall Creators Update is releasing on October 17, Microsoft is not adding new features to the operating system but it comes with improvements and bug fixes.

Microsoft has fixed a bug in Facebook Messenger where the app wasn’t able to send the messages when hitting the enter key. Another issue appeared on the start menu app list where the new apps were showing the ‘new’ banner even after launching the app multiple times has been fixed.

Windows Shell has got even more improvements, the company fixed an issue where local app search in Cortana failed to return the expected app if the user profile directory contained non-ASCII characters. Earlier, after installing any builds, you’d be bombarded with a lot of notifications, the notifications received while the PC was locked can now be found in the Action Center.

Similarly, Microsoft has fixed a lot of bugs with new build 16288 for Windows 10. You can download the update by navigating to Settings > Updates & Security > Windows Update.
