Microsoft had launched its Groove Music app for Windows 10 users on both PC and Mobile. The app since its launch 2 years ago has made great progress with lot of new features and improvements to the application.

Microsoft is working on a major update for its Groove Music app for Windows 10 devices. The update is likely to introduce music visualizations, equalizer and more in future updates.

Currently there has been no time frame given as to when the company would be releasing these features. The feature which is to be released in future updates one of them is the Music Visualizations which contains two type of visualizations one which creates paper like ribbons and the other which fills the screen with particles that fly around based on the music and amplitude of songs.

Music Equalizer would contain a sliders which can be used to adjust the audio signals and frequencies with preset options and ability to create 5 frequency band groupings. The Third feature, Recommended Spotlight will be bringing weekly spotlights playlists based on the music available in the library.

The company is also working on introducing a new playlist personalisation option which is an addition to the changes already available from the previous update. Users will also be able to add playlist descriptions, ink on album covers using Windows Ink and more.

As reported these features are currently being used internally and there is no specific time frame given by the company in regards to the availability of these features for Groove Music users.
