Microsoft recently pushed out a firmware update for its Surface Pro 4 devices with fixes and improvements. Now we are getting reports that Surface Pro 4 users are experiencing shaky screens and issues while signing in with Windows Hello.

The issue is being reported by a small set of users and doesn’t seem to be effecting a large number of users currently. After installing the Surface System driver update 1.0.65.1 the devices no longer recognize logins via the Windows Hello camera option.

Currently there has been no solutions or reply given by any of the Microsoft Engineers in regards to the issue and it is not clear if its pertaining to the previous driver update installed on 21/7/2017.

There has been another issue users have been reporting where screen appears to shake when watching videos. The users complain that when the device gets overheated they experience issues with the screen or while using the touch screen or touchpad. The only workaround currently has been the use of a portable fan to resolve the problem temporarily.

These are some of the issues which have been reported by Surface Pro 4 users however if any of our users are experiencing such issues and any new set of issues make sure to shout out in the comments below.
