Microsoft is expected to announce Windows on ARM details at the Computex 2017 which starts this week in Taipei. Microsoft along with Qualcomm sent out invites for Computex 2017 where they are expected to announce details about Windows on ARM. The invite mentions:

“Join us under the stars at Computex 2017: Much, mingle, and raise a glass to celebrate the growing ecosystem that will bring an out-of-this-world mobile PC experience.”

Microsoft and Qualcomm have been working on Windows on ARM for the last year and users came to know late last year that Microsoft is bringing full Windows 10 to ARM processors with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor.

However currently we can confirm that devices running on Windows ARM are not expected to be launched this year but to get more info we would need to wait for the Computex 2017 to be underway this week.
