Microsoft Teams that was launched a few months back is already being used by more than 50000 organisation globally. Microsoft Teams is a collaboration service that is based on Chat and data sharing between different members of an organisation. It is a paid service that is available with the cloud platform Office 365.
Recently, CEO of Microsoft Italy, Paola Cavallero said that in just 2 months of launch of Microsoft teams in Italy there are 1800 Italian companies who are using it and others are showing great interest for this service. He said that it was really important for Microsoft to launch a collaboration service like Teams because in the last 5 years time spent working with other people in organisations has been increased by 50%.
He also inform that business users of the Office 365 have reached 100 million in the last 12 months the platform is seeing an increase of 18% year on year.
