These Flow buttons are now accessible via variety of different products which include the Microsoft Flow Mobile app on iOS , Android and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 home portal on the web.

Microsoft Flow button shortcuts are available on the home and lock screen of mobile devices which makes it accessible faster than ever to trigger a flow. These shortcuts are already available on Android and will be coming soon for iOS.

The Executive Briefing Center can now use the simple Flow button on their mobile phone to log each Espresso in SharePoint. The Flow summarises the total orders and sends out a report for managers each week. The team created a collectively managed team flow that automatically copies calendar events to the Surface Hubs.

The Executive Briefing Center team also implemented a physical support button inside each room which immediately contacts support staff in case of having any hardware issues since the Executive Briefing Center’s phone room allows guests to make private Skype calls.
