Apple is another heavily interested company to bring Augmented Reality headsets to market after Google and Microsoft. Even the CEO of the company has claimed that the AR technology on iPhone is going to be huge.

To bring the AR features into the iPhone, the company built a team which includes number of experts and well experienced engineers. But the more interesting thing about this team is it includes multiple engineers who worked on the Microsoft HoloLens. In addition, the team also includes number of engineers who has also worked on Facebook’s Oculus Rift.

Furthermore, according to report, Apple has also acquired several small firms with knowledge of AR hardware, 3D gaming and virtual reality software. So in other words, the team which is working on Apple’s upcoming Augmented Reality product is full of brilliant minds. Well of course the engineers who worked on HoloLens team do have a good experience, since Microsoft already released an AR headset.
