Alcatel Idol 4S launched in the USA as T-Mobile exclusive. However, the company earlier had no plans to bring its Idol 4S with Windows 10 to other countries. It seems Alcatel received good response from the customers, hence the company is now planning to bring its Idol 4S to some European countries.
