Microsoft has already released Redstone 1 to Insiders officially known as the “Anniversary Update”. The  company is currently working on releasing Redstone 2 now named as “Creators Update” early next year with new features, some of them already released to Insiders In the Fast Ring.

Now we are also getting news that the company is currently working on Redstone 3 and Redstone 4 version for Windows 10. Redstone 4 is planned to be released in early or mid 2018.

Earlier we have reported that Microsoft rumored “Surface Phone might not launch until late 2017 or early 2018. With the company having plans to release RS 4 around Early 2018, we could be expecting that the Surface Phone could launch with RS 4 out of the box.

Currently these are just rumors and there is still no confirmation from any of the Company’s employees. So please take this news with pinch of salt and wait for any official confirmation from Microsoft.
