Earlier we reported that Wharton Brooks an unknown name in Mobile market is working on releasing a new Windows 10 Mobile. The company had confirmed that it was planning to release the phone in February 2016. However the company could not release the phone then and was expected to release by end of October 2016.

But now the company has confirmed that the Launch of the Windows 10 Mobile has been further delayed due to Hurdles from the Regulatory board. The company confirmed the news in a series of tweets in regards to the delay in the launch of its Windows 10 Mobile.

The above confirmation came when a Windows Phone fan asked in regards to the launch of its Windows Phone powered by Windows 10.Currently we do not have any fixed time line as to by when the company plans to launch its Windows Mobile after all clearance.

We will keep you posted as and when we have any specific timeline in regards to the launch of the device.
